Seismic Refraction

Four Oaks Geophysics uses a Geometrics 24 channel Geode system with 4.5 to 40 Hertz (Hz) geophones. By tailoring that shot point locations to the project, Four Oaks is able to obtain data of great depth or of great resolution on your project.

Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW)

Four Oaks Geophysics uses a Geometric 24 channel Geode with 4.5 Hz geophones. Four Oaks is able to either test single points and provide a soil classification for engineering purposes or can collect data along a transect across the survey area and provide 2D profiles of the soils up to depths of 100 feet below land surface (bls).
